Dear Mr. Moore,
I will be checking in to your hotel tomorrow, January 25 for
a long-awaited weekend. I have contacted the concierge desk
several times about various things and I wanted to let you know
it has been a most pleasurable experience. Lisa has gone out of
her way to get me the info I needed in planning my stay. She has
even followed up with me via email to make sure of my needs. She
deserves special recognition for her exceptional customer service
and high quality work. In today’s world, that is hard to find. I

Dear Marty, Justin, Nicole (and the rest of the staff that helped us out last week)
Thank you for a highly professional and enjoyable conference for Linde Gas Therapeutics
at the Park Central, NY. From the initial contact through to the final day, everyone
was incredibly helpful and made it very easy on myself and the rest of the conference
attendees. This is my first time putting on this type of conference so I am particularly
appreciative. However, even the more experienced conference throwers in our group had compliments
on the ease of making arrangements and the level of professionalism. Justin and the staff where
particularly helpful and prompt with all the small (and large) adjustments before and during the week.
A special thanks also goes to Nicole and the team at Continental Guest Services. She came up with dinner,
entertainment and travel arrangements every day/evening of the conference. All went off without a hitch
with rave reviews on the quality of each one. To think that 2 weeks before the event I had nothing planned
and didn’t know who to call.
I have received a lot of compliments on the week. All are directly due to your team. I hope we have the
opportunity to come back in the near future.

Hi Tina,
I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for helping me plan the
trip to NY for my parents for my mom’s 70th birthday. I just received a call
from them, on their way home, and they had a FABULOUS time. The dinner at
Alfredo's was fantastic, they absolutely loved Les Miserables and had super
seats and the hotel stay was superb. They even went and treated themselves to
lunch at Tavern on the Green today before heading home.
It was a great treat for my mom and a trip I am sure she’ll really treasure.

Hello,
I just wanted to award you for having such a great staff. I can totally see why your
trip advisors have been so positive. I emailed Maureen M because my daughter was
visiting later in the month. The suggestions and immediate response was outstanding.
What a gem. So many plug along with their jobs with no interest on how their responses
are going to affect others. Not so apparently with Maureen. She gets it. I know from
experience its so awesome to have an employee that goes the extra mile to make guests
feel special. I just wanted to let you know, she made me feel special. Your lucky to
have her. Our responses are not done, thank gawd she has a sense of humor.
Again you have a gem there. I hope she is rewarded. I know I will reward her.

I often travel for pleasure and this summer my mother and
I decided to spend a week in New York and we stayed at
Park Central Hotel.
New York is an amazing city, we had
a great time, and I must say that my mother and I have
to thank a person who works at the concierge: Karen. She has
always been very helpful, patient, and precise in giving
us directions and useful tips to move around. Karen also
provided us with tickets for Hairspray musical at Broadway,
and the seats were perfect.
We really wanted you to know
that it was a pleasure meeting Karen, and that it is always
nice to see someone who works with passion and who welcomes
you with a smile.

My husband, Lee, was the one in
contact with you before our trip to NYC in May, and he
was very happy with your quick responses to his questions.
I just wanted you to know that he and I had an absolutely
fabulous vacation in New York! You originally worked
with my former boss, Kathy, to put the package together--it
was a retirement gift from her to me--and she had high
praise for you as well.
Lee and I loved The Library Hotel--it was just perfect
for us. The Drowsy Chaperone was also perfect--great
seats and such a cute, funny, and altogether entertaining
show. And we had a wonderful time on all the tour buses.
That's a great way to get an overview, so to speak, of
the city. I don't see how we could have had a better
time!
Thank you so much for everything you did to make our
vacation so special.

My wife and I stayed at the Grand Hyatt during the 4th
of July week. We had no idea where to go or what to see.
Arlene was fantastic and could not have been more helpful.
She went out of her way to make sure we were able to see
the play we wanted.
You have a fantastic employee and should be proud of the
way she represents your company. If we come back to New
York we will stay at this same hotel because of Arlene.

Just wanted to send a note of thanks to you for organizing
our trip. We had such an amazing time and both LOVE
New York! The hotel was absolutely gorgeous; we were
in awe the minute we stepped through the door! We
were given 2 double beds when we checked in, which was
perfect.
We saw all the sights, did lots (LOTS!) of shopping
and ate some wonderful food. It really was fantastic. We
met some great people as well - they were all so friendly
and kind to us. We are definitely going to go back
because 5 days just didn't seem enough!
Mamma Mia was a great night out, and I would recommend
the bus tour to anyone new to the city.

Tina - Just wanted to follow
up with you to let you know that our weekend in NYC was great. The Sheraton was
a very nice hotel, as you said. Our room was clean
and comfortable, and though the hotel was busy, we had no
issues with the noise or anything else. Thank you for
calling them ahead of time to request a quiet and comfortable
room. We really enjoyed the location, too. We
walked (and walked and walked) everywhere, and were glad
to be located close to Times Square. The theatre tickets
were very good, too, and we all liked both of the shows. While
I'm at it, I might as well give you credit for the weather,
too. Way to go.
Thanks for all of your help in planning our trip. Our girls will never
forget their special 16th birthday celebration. I will be happy to recommend
your service to people planning a trip to NYC in the future.

between the dates 26 Feb and 1 Mar 2007.

This letter is being written to let you know what an outstanding
employee, Carmen L, was in handing our entertainment and
tour needs during our stay in New York City last month.
Carmen was very efficient and knowledgeable about
the daily and nightly activities that were going on in
the city during our week’s visit. She was able
to schedule three different Broadway shows, tours to
the statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, and directed
us to many different locations around the city.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves on our first visit to
New York City and Carmen made it that more enjoyable with
her explanations. Carmen must be commended for her professionalism
and knowledge. She is truly an asset to your company..
I want to thank Carmen again for the wonderful time that
we had and look forward to working with her on our next
trip to New York City.
